Foreign ministers from Sweden, Tobias Billstrom, and Latvia, Krisjanis Karins, arrived in India on Tuesday in preparation for the Raisina Dialogue, which will take place in New Delhi on February 21–23.

The two leaders received a hearty welcome in Delhi, according to Randhir Jaiswal, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs.

Randhir Jaiswal wrote on X, saying, “Happy arrivals to our eminent guests arriving for #RaisinaDialogue2024! In New Delhi, FM @TobiasBillstrom from Sweden and FM @krisjaniskarins from Latvia are welcomed with open arms.”

Giorgos Gerapetritis, the foreign minister of Greece, arrived in New Delhi earlier to take part in the Raisina Dialogue.

India’s premier geopolitical and geoeconomics forum, Raisina Dialogue is dedicated to tackling the most difficult problems the world community faces.

As to a video that Randhir Jaiswal shared on X, Raisina Dialogue’s theme pillars are “Tech Frontiers: Regulations and Realities, Decolonizing Multilateralism: Institutions and Inclusion, War and Peace: Armouries and Asymmetries, Peace with the Planet: Invest and Innovate, and The Post-2030 Agenda: People and Progress.”
