As the third day of the shutter-down strike begins, Pakistani police disperse protesters in Panjgur, Balochistan, using tear gas.

On March 24, 2025, a shutter-down strike in the Panjgur area of Balochistan began its third day, and police deployed tear gas to scatter protesters. After its leadership was arrested and their Quetta sit-in demonstration was suppressed, the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) organised the protests.

Soon after they stated that three protestors had died as a result of police action, Dr. Mahrang Baloch, a well-known activist and BYC leader, and 16 other people were taken into custody during a raid on their protest camp on March 22.
