Monday in New Delhi saw a meeting between Japan’s ambassador to India, Hiroshi Suzuki, and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

The leaders’ “good conversation” revolved around Japan and India’s partnership.

Jaishankar expressed his happiness to greet Ambassador Hiroshi Suzuki, the Japanese ambassador to India, in a post on the social media platform X. Good dialogue about the partnership between Japan and India.”

Tokyo, the capital of Japan, hosted talks between Japanese Vice Ministers Shin Hosaka and Kiyoshi Serizawa during the first week of February, according to Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra.

Kiyoshi Serizawa is the vice minister of international affairs at the Japanese Ministry of Defence, whereas Shin Hosaka is the vice minister in the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry.

Kwatra and Hosaka decided to promote bilateral investment and trade during their meeting.
