UAE has developed as one of India’s most important strategic allies in the West Asian area, thus solidifying the bilateral connection between the two nations.

Through high-level official visits, both nations have m

ade significant diplomatic efforts to deepen their bilateral ties. The presidents of the two countries continue to have cordial relations.

The recent I2U2 meeting, which united the US, Israel, the UAE, and India, only serves to highlight how strategically similar the two nations are.

A win-win situation for everyone would result from the summit’s vision statement emphasising green investment into India by the UAE with technological backing from Israel and the US. Along with investments in land and water conservation, it would also involve investments in the field of renewable energy.

India and the UAE have a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) that would improve economic connections between the two rapidly developing economies. The goal is to increase bilateral trade between the two nations from its current level of USD 60 billion to USD 100 billion.

The UAE and India have both stated a desire to work together in the many areas of food security, health, skill development, education, defense, and space exploration.
