4 ARRESTED AFTER LET TERROR MODULE BUSTED IN J-K’S KULGAM

Four terrorist associates were taken into custody after a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terror cell was discovered on Sunday in the Kulgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, according to police. According to a police spokesman, security personnel apprehended four terrorist affiliates and found weapons and ammunition in their south Kashmir district.

The arrests were related to case FIR no. 14/2024, which was filed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in a number of different sections.

The Wanpora residents Zahoor Ahmad Pandit, Basir Hussain Pandit, Imtiyaz Gull, and Gulzar Ahmad Khar were among those detained, according to the spokesperson.

According to the spokeswoman, they had a pistol, two magazines, twenty pistol rounds, four UBGs, and twenty INSAS rounds found on them.

He said that more arrests and recoveries are anticipated in this instance, thus further investigation is ongoing.
