INS Vagir’s crew recently returned from a long operational deployment and engaged with Eastern Naval Command’s (ENC) Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (FOC-in-C), Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar. His dedication to recognizing the experiences and sacrifices of naval troops on important missions is demonstrated by this engagement.
Vice Admiral Pendharkar recently spoke with the crew of INS Vagir and thanked them for their hard work and performance throughout their deployment. These kinds of exchanges are essential for staff morale and give supervisors a chance to learn about the difficulties that employees encounter in operational settings.
As you may remember, as part of this deployment, INS Vagir also traveled to Fremantle, Australia, and took part in bilateral drills with the RAN.
This action demonstrates the Eastern Naval Command’s continued operational preparedness and strategic capabilities while also reaffirming the Navy’s dedication to its soldiers.
