ELON MUSK’S SPACEX IS GOING TO OPEN THE FIRST PRIVATE INDUSTRY SPY SATELLITE BUILD IN INDIA — SHOULD PAKISTAN BE WORRIED? Pakistani media

World News

The first private spy satellite in India, TSAT-1A, was constructed by TATA Group’s TATA Advance Systems Limited (TASL) and will shortly be launched by Elon Musk’s SpaceX. The launch is scheduled for April, according to a Pakistani website.

Due to its advanced technologies, the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite TSAT-1A is classified as a spy satellite. A spy satellite is essentially an orbiting camera that records precise images of key locations on Earth. These cutting-edge satellites collect vital data for military and intelligence purposes. They provide important information on things like army movements, infrastructure development near borders, and possible threats.

This military-grade espionage satellite was manufactured by TASL and shipped.

The Economic Times claims that with the addition of the new satellite, the nation’s fleet of radar imaging satellites (RISAT) will number 16 overall, up from 12 in 2019.

With the exception of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, India and Pakistan have fought three major wars, one undeclared war, countless armed skirmishes, and military standoffs since 1947. As a result, Pakistan is concerned about India’s military espionage-related progress.

India will be able to maintain operational secrecy while monitoring infrastructure and achieving military goals thanks to its spy satellite.

It has also been reported that the new satellite will help monitor the so-called “Line of Actual Control” with the Chinese border, with a ground resolution of roughly 1.64 feet (0.5 metres).

The business declared that TASL had been selected.
