Exercises in Indo-French Nautical Medicine at the Bengal Bay

The crews of two French aircraft, the Airbus A400 French Transport Aircraft and the Atlantique-2 Maritime Patrol Aircraft, have received a hearty welcome from the Eastern Naval Command of the Indian Navy at INS Dega in Visakhapatnam. Their visit marks a significant milestone in the continuing bilateral drills between the French and Indian navy to improve interoperability.

Flottille 23F of the French Navy operates Atlantique-2. Professional exchanges between its highly competent air crew and the Indian Navy’s Dornier Squadron, INAS 311, based at INS Dega, will occur. This will promote understanding between parties and create a foundation for harmonious multi-domain operations.
