The ongoing strength of the India-France relationship was highlighted during a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron on the fringes of the 51st G7 Summit in Kananaskis, Canada.
The presidents’ cordial greetings demonstrated the strong and reliable relationship between their nations.
After the meeting, Prime Minister Modi called the exchange a “pleasure” and highlighted the strong cooperation between France and India, promising that the two countries will continue to collaborate closely for the sake of the world. This pledge is consistent with their continued cooperation on international concerns like sustainable development, climate change, and technological advancement.
During the summit, PM Modi met with leaders from Mexico, South Korea, Australia, South Africa, and Canada, among other high-level engagements, including the bilateral meeting with President Macron.
India’s dedication to fortifying international ties and tackling common issues was confirmed by these exchanges.
