Workers Killed by Terrorist, Doctor Shot Dead in J&K’s Ganderbal

The security forces in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir, shot and killed a terrorist who was responsible for the deaths of six employees and a doctor in a private company’s housing camp.

According to authorities, the terrorist, Junaid Ahmed Bhat, belonged to the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization, which has its roots in Pakistan.

Following the devastating terrorist assault in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of six construction workers and a doctor, a noteworthy development has taken place. On December 3, 2024, security forces killed the terrorist who carried out this attack, Junaid Ahmad Bhat, during a confrontation in the Dachigam region. The army and the Jammu and Kashmir Police worked together on this operation.

It is believed that eliminating Junaid Ahmad Bhat is essential to reestablishing security and discouraging additional assaults on civilians in Jammu and Kashmir.
