In a successful Series C fundraising round, SuperOps, a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) firm with an AI focus, raised $25 million. With cooperation from current investors Z47 and Addition, March Capital spearheaded this investment, increasing the company’s total capital to $54.4 million.
The recently acquired funds will be used to scale capabilities for mid-market and enterprise managed service providers (MSPs), improve AI research and development, and broaden SuperOps’ global presence. The company wants to use its cutting-edge solutions to help IT staff deal with the growing complexity of their work, particularly when it comes to cybersecurity and remote work.
SuperOps has launched an Endpoint Management tool in tandem with this fundraising round, which aims to increase the productivity of IT teams by empowering them to manage resources more effectively. The business has also been concentrating on Monica, its AI-powered partner, which seeks to improve operational efficiency by automating tasks and providing individualized insights.
Over the previous year, SuperOps has grown significantly, increasing its clientele and extending its offerings to 104 nations. The firm is currently seeking to expand into markets beyond its current clientele, especially in non-English speaking areas like the Middle East and Europe.
